Hey Parents
You know your child best. We’re here to help you guide them.
This space is designed for parents and caregivers — a trusted resource to help you start meaningful conversations, build connection, and support your child in making positive, drug-free choices that last a lifetime.
Teens who consistently learn about the risks of drugs from their parents are up to 50% less likely to use drugs than those who don’t.
That’s the power of your voice, and we’re here to back you up.
Our resources are always free, simple to use, and grounded in research.
Our program comes down to two easy steps: Show a story. Start a conversation.

Step 1 Watch

Everything You Need To Support Your Teen
The resources to guide your child include the Natural High Essentials, our Storyteller Video Library, curated playlists, and simple activities to spark meaningful conversations.
The Natural High Essentials
In the Natural High Essentials, we share articles with the most relevant research on drug and alcohol prevention, provide simple strategies families can use to build better relationships with their kid(s), and offer effective ways to break through and teach meaningful life lessons. If you want to be added to our weekly mailing list, subscribe here. All of our past Essentials articles can be found in our blog, and we add new content weekly.

Storyteller Library
We currently have a roster of over 50 storytellers — athletes, artists, musicians, designers — people who kids admire and trust. Our storyteller videos are deeply impactful. When kids see their own heroes making the choice to live naturally high, it directly influences their own choices in life. Each video has accompanying discussion questions to engage your kids in conversation.

Playlists
We have designed several playlists to help you use our content in the way it works best for you. Feel free to use them daily over the span of a week, or spread them out over a month. You may also use our storyteller videos, discussion questions, and activities individually as an addition to the playlists or independent of them.

Activities
Our activities are designed for educators in a classroom setting but parents can use them too! Our activities engage kids on a deeper level, get them talking, bust myths about drug and alcohol abuse and help them identify protective measures in their lives that can be strengthened and reinforced through the power of positivity.
